Returns

 

All returns must be approved by the Returns Department. 

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we will credit or replace the item if available. We will provide a return label for these situations. Please submit your business name, invoice number, item numbers, and photos if applicable to info@carolinehillwholesale.com.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please email us for approval to return the items. If the return request is approved, you will receive credit on your account for all returned items. Items can be shipped via the carrier of your choosing as we do not provide shipping labels for these scenarios.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
